Our company cooperates and coordinate with multiple Modular Refinery equipment producers across Europe. Our Company

Modulare Raffinerien is a Hedge Investment Capital BV German subsidiary. With a team based in Germany and at our head office in Rotterdam The Netherlands. The team is led by it CEO Mr. Chris Oyokoro who’s 15 year experience in foreign direct investment FDI focusing on African countries exposed the vulnerabilities of countries in Africa that lacked crude oil refining capabilities.

We maintain offices through our partners in Nigeria, Angola, Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo and in South Sudan. Hedge and its principal partners has a long history of successfully working in the design, build install and manage equipment for crude oil processing, and energy products that meets the highest international requirement standards of economic efficiency and environmental cleanliness.

Our partners possess more than 7,200 m2 of production facilities for manufacturing equipments in Eastern Europe. The area of the plant is 10.6 hectares. Work experience in the oil refining equipment market has allowed us to create a reliable foundation for successful activities in the form of applying advanced German and European technologies used at our production facilities and a close-knit team of specialists capable of solving the most complex tasks.

• The main project document for the construction of modular-refinery is a feasibility study. Composition, assignments of jobs for feasibility study development (feasibility study for the construction of the object).

The company designs and manufactures industrial equipment:

• Horizontal tube heating furnaces (PTNg) are designed for heating hydrocarbon raw materials by open fire heating of a tubular coil with gases in a combustion chamber from the combustion of liquid or gaseous fuels.
• Shell-and-tube heat exchanging devices are an integral part of all technological installations. They are designed for heat transfer of liquid and gaseous media in the technological processes of the oil refining industry.
• Evaporators with a vapor space are designed to evaporate gas fractions from liquid media. They can be used as evaporators in the oil refining and other industries.
• Capacitive equipment is intended for accumulation and storage of liquid and gaseous products, for gravitational separation of insoluble liquids and gaseous components, for mixing products, they are used in technological installations of various industries. General-purpose.
• Air-cooling units are heat-exchange equipment and are intended for cooling gases and liquids and condensing steam and vapor-liquid media in technological processes of various industries, with a medium pressure of 0.6 to 2.5 MPa.
• Column mass transfer apparatuses are designed to carry out numerous mass transfer processes, the main of which are rectification, absorption and extraction.
• Regular column nozzles diameters from 300 to 4,000 mm, designed for rectification, distillation and absorption processes.
• Fan cooling towers are designed for cooling water in the circulating water supply systems coming from production equipment. They can also be used to cool technological equipment in which heat must be removed through water.
• Screen filters are an integral part of the process and are intended for the mechanical cleaning of transported products from various impurities, inorganic inclusions, etc.
